ZBA approves three home additions, defers pool application for revisions

NJ MADISON — Madison ZBA approves three home additions in March meeting. Chairman Joseph Santoro presided as the Board approved three second-story addition applications on 7-0 votes: 104 Pomeroy Road, 10 Parkside Avenue with air conditioning relocation, and 17 Kensington Road with a rear addition and new drywell, with Dr. Roger Paetzell recused from the last.
The Board also extended a prior approval at 222 Woodland Road to February 9, 2027, though Chairman Santoro cautioned that future extensions would require substantial justification. A swimming pool application at 7 Independence Court was deferred pending revised landscaping and stormwater management plans.
