NJ MADISON — Madison Planning Board defers major redevelopment plan for 3 Giralda Farms. Board Planner Susan Favate presented a draft redevelopment plan for 3 Giralda Farms featuring 138 residential units, 28 designated as affordable for-sale housing, developed under New Jersey's Local Redevelopment and Housing Law. The Board voted unanimously to defer discussion to February 17 to allow full Board participation and public input.
In other business, the Board unanimously approved a minor subdivision at 39 North Street and memorialized two resolutions directing Master Plan amendments to include redevelopment projects from a Drew University settlement.
