Planning Board Continues Angelica Properties Apartment Hearing to June 2

NJ MADISON — Planning Board to continue Angelica Properties apartment hearing at June 2 meeting. The board heard testimony from engineer Andrew Clarke, P.E., and architect John DeSimone on a proposed seven-unit residential building at 213-215 Main Street requiring variances for lot width, height, and buffer deficiencies. Applicant Angelica Properties agreed to address board concerns about placement of the ground-floor affordable housing unit near the trash enclosure, full compliance with ADA parking standards, and bicycle parking access.

The hearing will resume June 2 for continuation of testimony and further review.
