Planning Board approves minor subdivision at 203 Green Avenue

NJ MADISON — Madison Planning Board greenlights subdivision for new residential lot on church property. The board voted 5-2 on Garfield Ave Associates' application for 203 Green Avenue, the former New Life Fellowship Church property. Vice Chair George Limbach, along with board members Coyle, Fleming, Morris, and Mayor Conley, voted to approve, while Ehrlich and Cattani dissented.

The approval is conditioned on obtaining NJDEP General Permit 6 authorization for disturbance of isolated wetlands affecting approximately 0.06 acres.
