NJ MADISON — Madison Planning Board unanimously approves 3 Giralda Farms redevelopment plan after addressing affordable housing compliance revisions. Chairwoman Astri Baillie led the Board through discussion of the draft plan, which included nine technical corrections identified by staff and revisions made in consultation with the Fair Share Housing Center to strengthen affordable housing language.
