NJ MADISON — Madison Zoning Board approves three residential variances for home additions. Chaired by Joseph Santoro, the Board granted relief to Potter on Crestwood Drive (side yard setback), Paloka on Woodland Road (front yard setback and building coverage), and Sodano on Lathrop Avenue (building coverage).
